Program Manager - Technical Lead UST
Pinnacle Environmental Management Support is an independent firm with over 25 years of experience that provide support to our clients in the energy sector around the disciplines of administrative, data, finance, compliance, property research and claims management.
Our remote work team members must reside in one of the following states, AZ, IL, TX, FL, NC, MA.
POSITION SUMMARY
Pinnacle EMS Program Managers are responsible for assigned state program(s) and will be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the State Program for UST Cleanup Fund Program by identifying requirements, following state regulations, developing a plan for claims / product delivery, identifying appropriate resources, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion and final submittal.
- Comprehend and adhere to multiple state environmental regulations.
- Anticipate and resolve potential and known state fund processing / internal processing issues independently.
- Manage team (located remotely) by setting workloads and providing coaching, training & development of staff. Ensures that we are properly staffed for client deliverables and that purchase orders are used appropriately.
- Maintains training documents and SOPs for all Reimbursement
- Request tasks and provides hands on training to employees as needed.
- Tech reviews claims for submittal to state; ensuring work provided by claims analyst meets Pinnacle standards and state regulations.
- Ensures work is completed in a timely manner so that Claims progress for finalization and submittal to meet internal pacing and / or regulatory deadlines.
- Provides necessary feedback on claims management to staff and supports staff development.
- Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution.
- Perform and set quality control procedures on all claims prior to submitting.
- Set appropriate budgets, meet deadlines and / or exceed company goals.
- Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management and clients as requested.
- Ensures compliance with relevant corporate policies and standards.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of staffing / industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and industry experience, required.
Preferred three (3) years experience in a client-oriented position.
Preferred at least three (3) years experience in the LUST / Trust fund industry, other related experience or work performance may compensate.
A minimum of one (1) year experience Program Management experience in at least one state program, or other related experience and work performance may compensate.
