OT / Holiday Multiplier : 1.25x

OT billed after 40 hrs regardless of weekly guarantee

NBO : 8 hrs

Illinois State Agency license MUST be uploaded with each profile. This is NOT the Nursys report. This is an Agency License from the State of IL Dept. of Labor.

May float to Bettendorf Campus when needed. MUST be willing and able to float

• IL RN license active at time of submission. If IA RN license is NOT active, MUST show proof of application for IA RN single state license or Compact RN license before cleared to start.

Requirement Description

• 2 years current experience in PCU, Cardiac / Tele or Stepdown - Required
• Strong cardiac skillset and care
• May be expected to float to Bettendorf campus
