Travel % : 20%. Domestic travel to NYC for agency meetings Pay : $119,000 - $205,850 What you will do We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager, Influencer and Social Media Marketing to join our EH Global Brand Team based in Summit, USA / Skillman USA.

The role focuses on leading global influencer marketing initiatives for Johnson's Baby. This individual will manage influencer marketing strategies, create content, and support global social media efforts to amplify the brand's message.

Key Responsibilities : Brand & Connections Excellence

  • Develop and deliver global influencer marketing toolkits based on consumer insights and category data for rapid deployment across global regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, supply chain, packaging, etc.) to create influencer marketing plans that align with Johnson's Baby brand values and goals.
  • Maintain strong communication and alignment with local Brand Marketing Communities (BMCs) to ensure consistency in strategy execution.
  • Lead the creation of content and social media playbooks focused on influencer marketing, ensuring alignment with SOBG principles.
  • Manage relationships with social media platforms and influencer networks, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
  • Drive successful influencer marketing campaigns for product launches, ensuring strategies are aligned globally and locally.
  • Create launch playbooks, to be implemented by regional teams. Leadership & Collaboration
  • Foster collaboration with regional teams to gather consumer insights, market trends, and ensure the best long-term brand performance.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver influencer strategies that address meaningful opportunities and threats across markets.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, both direct and cross-functional, to ensure strategic alignment and project delivery.

Campaign & Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with the Data Science & Audience Insights team to identify target audiences and analyze trends using social listening tools.
  • Set clear objectives for influencer and social media campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as brand awareness, online reputation, leads, or sales.
  • Manage campaign execution, liaising with creative teams, influencers, and external platforms to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance, refine strategies, and identify areas for improvement. New Business Development
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to senior stakeholders for new influencer and social media campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the paid media team to amplify social campaigns. What we are looking for Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in influencer marketing and social media, preferably within FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing global brands and social media strategies across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Experience working across global markets with demonstrated cultural understanding and ability to collaborate with regional teams.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to multitask across various teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social listening and community management tools. Desired Qualifications :
  • Experience in working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners preferred.

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850 (if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
