As a Risk Services Associate , you will support the compliance efforts of the company. You will review business documentation, manage case files, and communicate with various departments to ensure a successful flow of processes and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with all departments on compliance activity, communication, and monitoring.
- Maintain insurance license information, client details, and renewal dates.
- Review binding documents, insurance certificates and endorsements prior to processing.
- Identify regulatory developments and provide guidance to personnel and management.
- Organize, build, and manage case files.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Partner with other departments and divisions including Sales, Operations, Billing, Finance, and Technology to prevent and detect non-compliance issues and promote a culture of compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
- Completes required training.
- Perform other related duties assigned.
