Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing
Located in the Harrison, NY area
Salary : Up to 50 / HR; Based on Experience
An elegant long term care, skilled nursing facility located in the Harrison, NY is looking for a compassionate and professional Assistant Director of Nursing that will be responsible for assisting in the leadership and management of the Nursing Department.
Responsibilities :
- Assist and / or perform direct resident care as needed or directed.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
- Serve as an advocate for residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and well-being.
- Monitor and assess the quality of nursing care provided to residents, ensuring adherence to established standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Must have NY Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must have previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing
- Must have experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Must have management experience
