As a Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading and managing a range of complex projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced professional to work with a diverse team of engineers and professionals.

You will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the quality standards.

Job Details

1. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to meet project objectives.

2. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

3. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.

4. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

5. Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement project plans.

7. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

8. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

9. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.

10. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.

11. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is required.

2. A minimum of 5 years of project management and related experience.

3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

4. Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.

5. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

6. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

7. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

8. Excellent analytical skills.

9. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

10. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

11. Strong experience in managing large scale projects and teams.

12. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

14. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

15. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
