Our Community Behavioral Health Center is licensed to 73 beds, carries an average daily census of 69 patients, and has an average length of stay of 5-6 days.
Here you will be part of a close-knit all RN unit with Mental Health Workers (who have a CNA background) to assist in the delivery of daily care.

Responsibilities :
Responsible for various aspects of care management to ensure that care being rendered is indicated, resources utilized are appropriate, and services provided are in the appropriate setting.
Works collaboratively with the Case Management team, other departments and physicians to facilitate efficient and appropriate management of all cases.
Qualifications : Education
Education
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
Experience
Two years acute Case Management experience within the past 5 years.
PREFERRED : Case management experience to be in a field related to behavioral health.
