Overview :
Shift Leaders at Chick-fil-A Polaris are responsible for day to day task management of restaurant systems, engaging and solving customer concerns and issues, and the supervision of team member shifts and duties.
A shift leader is also responsible for implementing and abiding by the Chick-fil-A culture, goals and brand vision.
Shift Leader Responsibilities :
- Maintains a positive working relationships and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Engaging and resolving customer complaints
- Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
- Managing team member performance and staffing needs
- Managing day to day cash responsibilities
- Overseeing daily inventory needs
- Executing catering orders and unique customer needs
Qualifications and Requirements :
