As an Associate Banker- Market Expansion in Branch Banking, you will contribute significantly to the success of the branch by delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will build long-lasting relationships with clients by sharing product knowledge and solutions as well as introducing them to our licensed bankers.

Job responsibilities

Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling / canceling client meetingsPerforms branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures and performing account origination for consumer clientsProvides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help them meet their consumer banking and investment goalsChampions new Associate Banker skills such as tablet utilization, account opening, and other key initiatives, helping Associate Bankers as they learnEducates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.

com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they wantShares best practices across the supported branches to deliver a strong controls environment and exceptional customer experienceRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

6+ months of customer service experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and proceduresProfessional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skillsStrong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technologyCash handling experience
