Responsibilities :
- Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly
- Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities
- Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary
- Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly
- Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth
- Adhere to the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation
- Embrace a collaborative approach as a team player within the organization
- Actively seek clarity by asking relevant questions
- Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently
- Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates
- Skillfully close sales transactions with prospective buyers
Qualifications :
- Must work well in a team environment, valuing team success as their own
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at scheduling and finalizing appointments via telephone
- Skilled in utilizing real estate CRM systems to maintain secure and organized client information
- Capable of performing thorough market research and demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector
- Possession of an active real estate license is mandatory or the motivation to get one
