Schedule :
Monday to Friday - 2p to 1030pm with rotating weekends working10am to 630pm on weekends only
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct initial medical assessments within 24 hours of admission.
- Develop initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with medical assessments.
- Administer and document medications as per physician orders.
- Participate in staff and client health training sessions.
Qualifications :
- Active LPN license in Ohio, in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferably one year of experience in psychiatric and / or chemical dependency settings.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment, detox procedures, and mental health care.
