Overview :
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities of the organization.
You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating financial models, providing insights to support decision-making, and ensuring the financial health of the company.
Your work will directly impact strategic planning and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and forecasts
- Assisting in budget preparation and monitoring variances
- Evaluating financial performance and identifying trends
- Analyzing costs and pricing of products / services
- Supporting financial audits and compliance
- Developing and improving financial processes and systems
- Participating in strategic planning and investment analysis
- Collaborating with various teams to gather financial information
- Assessing and mitigating financial risks
- Providing ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
- Assisting in financial management and strategy formulation
- Conducting market research and industry analysis
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimization
- Supporting financial data integrity and accuracy
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial software
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with financial reporting and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
- CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
