- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
