Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Bartender to join our team at our luxurious poolside bar. The Pool Bartender will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of different types of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and take orders from poolside guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to recipe and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and storage areas
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers
- Collect payment and process transactions accurately
- Upsell and promote specials and featured drinks to guests
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing beverages
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus
- TIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service training is preferred

Rate of Pay : $16.85 / hr USD
