Job Title : Proactive Contract Benefits Representative

Pay Rate : $19 to $20 per hour

Job Summary :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively seeking a Benefits Representative for upcoming contract opportunities on behalf of our clients.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for helping employees understand and navigate their benefits options. The Benefits Representative will be responsible for providing detailed information about health, dental, vision, and other employee benefits, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide clear and concise information about various employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Assist employees in the enrollment process and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit programs and policies.

Handle benefits-related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to resolve issues related to employee benefits.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.

Update and maintain accurate records in the benefits administration system.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a benefits administration or HR role is preferred.

Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and related regulations.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using benefits administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
