Our high-volume clinic is staffed by a young and energetic team who are passionate about animal health and well-being.
Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our growing practice.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a knack for organization, a passion for veterinary care, and the ability to maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
You Will Love
- Leadership & Team Management : Inspire and manage a dynamic team of veterinary professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Operational Oversight : Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic.
- Financial Management : Handle budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the practice.
- Client Experience : Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent service standards.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the clinic meets all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of care and cleanliness.
- Strategic Development : Partner with the practice owner to develop and implement strategies for growth, marketing, and community engagement.

- Proficiency with veterinary practice management software.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and payroll experience.
