Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Lubrication Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot our advanced lubrication systems across various settings.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

• Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.-Perform regular maintenance and inspections on equipment, documenting and reporting findings.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on lubrication system operations.-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date service records and documentation of work completed.-Travel to customer sites across Indiana, the Midwest, and occasionally nationwide to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.

What You Bring to the Role : -2+ years of experience in maintenance, lubrication, or a similar technical role.-Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.-Willingness to work in various environments, including hot, cold, or loud conditions, and capable of lifting 50 lbs, bending, climbing, and working at heights.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment; experience with man lifts (training provided if necessary).-Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• TWIC card preferred, or ability to obtain one.-Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings required for working in specific facilities.

Schedule : -Full-time, Monday to Friday.-Weekend and evening shifts may be required.-Occasional overnight travel.Work Location : Primarily based in Valparaiso, Indiana, with frequent travel to customer facilities across the region and nationwide for installations and repairs.
