As a Project Manager with our client, you will lead both the financial and operational success of commercial construction projects.
You will be responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, resource management, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
The Project Manager will work closely with a team of professionals to meet project objectives, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver on project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Champion the commitment to a Zero Injury Safety Program on all job sites.
- Lead project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management activities.
- Oversee and implement the Quality Leadership System to ensure project excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong communication with subcontractors to ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Conduct and lead project meetings to ensure alignment and progress toward objectives.
- Create and manage project-specific controls, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed to ensure the success of the project.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, as required by project timelines.
