Pinnacle Wound Management is currently seeking a wound specialist to join our network. We welcome surgeons and physicians with all specialty backgrounds.
Our partnered specialist visits the patient at the nursing home and develops a comprehensive plan of care with the nursing staff.

Our specialist round weekly from 7am-4pm. No weekends, No nights, No calls.
Interested in joining the Pinnacle Wound Management family?
- Travel to each assigned nursing facility weekly
- Assess patient and make recommendations on plan of care
- Work closely with nursing staff and facility administration
- Utilize facility formulary and follow facility protocols
- Document patient encounter in our EHR to ensure timely reporting
- Discuss treatments and goals with PCP and family members
- Procedures Debridement’s, I & D’s, Cellular Tissue Application, Cauterization, NPWT, etc.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Medical License in state of practice
- Must pass state and federal background checks
- Basic EHR knowledge
- Team Player
- Strong Communication skills
- 1 year wound care experience
- Wound Care Certification (preferred)
