About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Tech (CST) Job Specialty : Operating Room (OR) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Variable Days 4 / 10 or 3 / 12 Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : 2+ years of OR experience required License : NCCT or NBSTSA certification required Certifications : HSPA (IAHCSMM), BLS (AHA), NBSTSA, NCCT Must-Have : Travel experience is highly preferred Job Description : Gather all supplies needed for surgical operations.
- Maintain responsibility for keeping the operating room sterile.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical team members.- Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a sterile field during procedures.- Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Participate in continuous education and training as required.
