Responsibilities include :
- Providing routine maintenance and service of digital equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Properly maintained car stock
- Networking skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Stong organizational and customer service skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills
- Time management and the ability to work independently
