Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist (MT / MLT / AMT) to join our partner'
s healthcare team in Newton, KS.
In your first few weeks in this Medical Laboratory Technician role, you can expect to :
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on various specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
- Analyse and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Adhere to established laboratory policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
To apply for this Medical Laboratory Technologist role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
You will also require the following :
- ASCP certification or equivalent (MT / MLT)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician
- Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating equipment
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
