Key ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accountsEducate customers on plan updates and process account changesParticipate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licensesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAssociates degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experienceAvailability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hoursCapability to work overtime as required based on business needsFluency in both English and Spanish is preferredFinancial services or call center experience is a plus
