Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to elicit, document, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market insights.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Define, implement and analyze experiments to optimize the product experience and improve key metrics.
  • Coordinate seamless product releases, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with design and development teams to deliver an intuitive and seamless user experience, focusing on app discovery, navigation, and user satisfaction.
  • Manage and collaborate effectively with outsourced development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis, extraction, and manipulation to derive valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for our Android app store platform, aligning it with market trends, user behaviors, and business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to drive continuous improvements and innovations within the app store.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years in product management with a track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to align teams and stakeholders towards common objectives.
  • Product management or product design experience.
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.

and guide the team through key milestones.

  • Experience delivering technical presentations.
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design.
  • Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre / post-launch execution.
  • Expertise in working with Android & mobile platforms and understanding the intricacies of the mobile landscape.
  • Firm understanding of advertising technology and its integration within product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with game store platforms and the unique requirements associated with gaming products.
