Nursing Assistant - General Surgery Peds - .6 E

Position Summary :

The Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, utilizing his / her skill and expertise to complement other health care providers.

Education / Experience :

1. Certified Nursing Assistant and current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

Special Knowledge / Skills / Certifications / Licenses :

1. All candidates must be current on the State of Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry or be an LPN student or a Jr. level nursing student, which means completion of first quarter clinicals with an accredited RN or LPN program.

2. Currently validated CPR skills preferred.
