At Formulation, Inc we are looking for ambitious individual to train into our entry level Manager in Training position. Our company is looking to train an individual to cut, duplicate, and program car keys, as well as learn the customer facing, sales side of the business and teach them how to run and manage a small team.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing issues with maximum reliability and functionality. We operate in the Austin, TX area, covering North Austin, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and South Austin.
Training with Car Keys Express :
- Learning customer acquisition & sales processing
- Cutting and programming key fobs
- Problem solving customer issues
- Entering information into the client portal

Requirements :
- Be able to pass a background check
- Clean driving record to be able to pass an MVR
- Organized, with effective time management skills
- Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment (getting in / out of cars to test keys, retrieve vin #s, etc)
Responsibilities :
- Learn cutting, duplicating, and programming of car keys
- Keeping accurate and timely record of production, sales, and inventory
- Show consistency between technician work and driving sales
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
