  • ABOUT OUR UNIT / AREA* :

Nurses work as part of a team of staff who support the providers within the practice. This includes a detailed intake of patient’s medical and surgical information, obtaining vital signs, prescription management, ordering diagnostic tests, medication administration, active listening, effective written and verbal communication, and other office-based procedures that may include EKG’s, PFT’s and point of care laboratory testing.

  • JOB SUMMARY : *
  • Delivers nursing care to patients as ordered by the physician / provider or practice clinical supervisor.
  • Performs a variety of direct and indirect patient care duties.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS : *
  • Required : Current and valid Tennessee license as a licensed practical nurse or CCMA
  • Preferred : One (1) year of clinical nursing experience
