Minimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.
Soliant Education is looking for a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Oxon Hill, MD, for the 2024-2025 school year.
This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, providing an opportunity to contribute significantly to student development and support.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate : Assess students physical therapy needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Deliver Therapy : Provide direct therapy services to help students achieve their physical goals.
- Collaborate : Work with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure prehensive care.
- Track Progress : Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Attend IEP Meetings : Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to support student objectives.
Qualifications :
- Education : Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure : Current or eligible for physical therapy licensure in Maryland.
- Experience : Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Skills : Strong munication and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.
