- Schedule : Flexible; 2 weeks per month, with options for 4 to 5 days per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM (timing flexible).

Responsibilities :
Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments.Perform various procedures, including :Spinal cord stimulation
Radio-frequency ablationInjectionsProvide exceptional care to patients, with a typical patient load of up to 15 patients per shift.Requirements :
Board Certification : RequiredLicense : Must be licensed in Wisconsin or possess an IMLC license.Emergency Certifications :ACLS : Required
BLS : RequiredHospital Privileges : Temporary privileges are available. Hospital / surgery center privileges are required.Practice Environment :
Setting : OutpatientSupport Staff : Includes 4 RNs and 2 office staff; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents is required.Facility Certification : Stroke certified with a trauma level of 4.Additional Information :
Credentialing Timeframe : Approximately 60 days; however, temporary privileges could expedite this process.Holidays Off : New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.Travel : Nearest airport is Rhinelander Airport; lodging options are available nearby.Compensation :
