Position Title :

Quarterly Lecturer - Management & Entrepreneurship (POOL) 2025-26AY

Position Type : Temporary

Salary Range :

Starting at $9,933 per 3-unit course.

Purpose :

The Management Department at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University, is seeking to identify individuals interested in teaching management courses for the 2025-26 academic year. We have both undergraduate and graduate programs. Courses vary from introductory to advanced. We teach daytime, weekend, and evening classes.

Basic Qualifications :

M.B.A or Ph. D preferred

Responsibilities :

Planning and teaching courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Fulfilling all responsibilities associated with assigned courses, including

  • Preparing for and conducting all assigned class meetings, including lab sessions;
  • Assigning and evaluating student work appropriately;
  • Providing weekly on-campus office hours for consultation outside of class;
  • Conducting and submitting course assessments as required by the department;
  • Assigning student grades appropriately and submitting to the Office of Student Records by the designated deadline; and
  • Complying with university and school policies, including those delineated in the Leavey School of Business Term Faculty Handbook.
