Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide critical pre-hospital emergency medical care and transportation for patients in need.

Position Requirements
- Valid Tennessee EMT certification
- BLS certification at time of employment
- ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of employment
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within six months of employment
- Minimum of one year emergency pre-hospital experience preferred
Physical Environment
- Duties performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Potentially high-risk environment with exposure to various medical, trauma, and behavioral emergencies
- Operations and work functions within emergency vehicles, including ambulances
Physical Effort
- Ability to provide patient movement and carry patients and equipment over varying distances and terrain
- Must be able to walk, crawl, stand, sit, climb, stoop, run, and kneel to access patients
