This position is local deliveries only. You will be guaranteed to be home every night! Normal shift is Monday-Friday, 7 : 00-4 : 30 but could vary based on need.
No nights, weekends or holidays!
Specific duties may include :
- Deliver HVAC metal goods throughout the day, assisting in unloading when necessary
- Conducting safe work practices during each delivery
- Adhering to routed delivery schedule
- Completing a pre-trip check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured, and all parts of your truck are in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Responsibilities may also include warehouse work, including loading and securing material on your truck
Specific qualifications include :
- Valid CDL - Class A or B
- The ability to lift 75-100 pounds
- Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required
- Ability to walk in excess of 10,000 steps per day
