Registered Nurse (RN)
Description :
We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives.

Position Details :
- Adult or Pediatric
- High to Low Acuity : depending on patient, G-tube, Trach, or Vent
- Location : Greater Phoenix Region
- Schedule : Full Time or Part Time, 8-12 hour shift
Sign On Bonus :

Responsibilities :
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and / or potential nursing diagnoses
- Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
