The Merrill program offers the opportunity to gainexposure to the Merrill Wealth Management organization.
Merrill WealthManagement
Work with a team ofexperienced Merrill employees to learn key aspects of wealthmanagement, including investment and banking products andsolutions, relationship building, digital capabilities and clientinteraction.
Interns play a critical role in assisting with clientservice opportunities, client engagement, and relationshipmanagement.
Training andDevelopment
Your training anddevelopment is our top priority with formal training offered at thestart of the program in addition to on the job support, educationalspeaker events and mentorship throughout the summer program.
Thisinternship also includes a national curriculum that providesweb-based learning, technical training, and professionaldevelopment opportunities.
As a summer intern your key tasks andresponsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Client Service - including clientonboarding, account servicing, phone coverage, digital clientengagement
- Applying your financial and clientacumen to support a variety of projects as required by our clientsand business leaders
- Executing in roles suchas Client Engagement, Relationship Management, Operations and more
- Strategic projects focused on operations andclient experience
Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelorsor Bachelors direct to Masters degree program student with agraduation date between November 2025 and August 2026
- Seeking a detailed oriented, highly motivatedindividual who enjoys multi-tasking within a dynamic environment
- Superior relationship and interpersonal skills
- The candidate should respond well to evolvingjob duties and expectations
- Strongtechnological skills such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
Preferred :
3.2minimum GPA preferred
