Critical thinking, initiative, and the ability to motivate yourself and your team will be an integral part of this position.
Responsibilities :
- Gain knowledge and expertise about our products
- Answer phone calls and emails
- finding solutions to customer needs
Required skills :
- Basic computer knowledge
- Able to navigate Microsoft 360 / XO to draft and send emails
