Summary of Job Duties :

Reporting directly to the Director of Professional and Workforce Development, the Data and Innovation Resource Specialist serves as a key member of Global Campus’s Bentonville team.

This role is responsible for data collection, reporting, and analysis, as well as technology innovation for Professional and Workforce Development.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

This position will be located on-site at The Collaborative office in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

At least one year of experience with data analysis and visualization using large data sets to drive operational decision-making

Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions in a self-directed environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of data management policies in higher education, web platforms, and learning management systems

Experience with development and management of higher education CRM (Technolutions Slate CRM experience highly preferred)

Experience in process creation and documentation

Prior experience leading technology adoption and training among peers

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills

Ability to effectively explain data analysis and technical requirements to non-technical audiences

Experience with students and work environments of a diverse background including non-traditional, professional, workforce, and online students

Ability to create and maintain a collegial, harmonious working relationship with others
