Construction Superintendent
We’re a full-service general contractor known for transforming healthcare, office, and industrial spaces into functional, high-impact environments.
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial construction projects across Central Texas. Responsibilities :
- Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final punch
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders
