Description

  • Plans and leads internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, efficiency of operations, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Performs planning and risk assessment activities, develops audit scope, objectives, and work plans. Selects appropriate audit tests, identifies key controls, and uses statistical methods, surveys, interviews and computer-assisted audit techniques.

Performs detailed and general reviews of internal audit work paper documentation. May perform complex testing procedures and audit risk and control assessments.

  • Makes recommendations regarding the deployment of team resources and performs talent management activities. Coaches and drives development of team members.
  • Coordinates procedures and reviews work papers supporting audit of internal controls, business processes, and account balances.
  • Maintains awareness of internal control audit trends to assure audit processes remain effective.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $65,000.00 $194,350.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.

This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
