A company is looking for an ACA Client Manager 3 to oversee and plan enterprise-level support and service activities for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
Plan and oversee the delivery of support and service activities to align with client needs
Coordinate the resolution of service incidents and escalate technical issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
5 years of Client / Account Management experience
Proven experience in managing enterprise-level support and service operations
In-depth knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and employer compliance obligations
Extensive knowledge of products and services offered
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
