What Youll Do

Manage a portfolio of single-family, small multifamily, and light commercial properties.

Handle day-to-day operations including leasing, renewals, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with local housing regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.

What Were Looking For

North Carolina Real Estate License active or expired (required).

Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
