Responsibilities
Adhere to professional and legal requirements, the principles of behavior analysis and demonstrates sound professional judgment at all timesCollaborate with families, caregivers and all service providers as necessary to ensure continuity of carePerform direct and indirect assessments to identify the function of client’s behaviorsDevelop treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologiesAttend all relevant meetings for clients, including treatment team meetings, IEP / ISPWork effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary clinical teamAttend any insurance authorization review calls for any individual on their caseloadProvide supervision, training and support to clients, staff members and caregiversEvaluate the effectiveness of the implemented treatment plan and modify the plan as necessaryPrepare and submit all required documentation on timeMaintain scheduled meetings with BCaBAs to maintain supervision standards and exceptional service deliveryPerform other duties as requested / assignedRequired Skills
Individuals qualified for the BCBA positions should have background and extensive knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis and possess a minimum of :
Board certification or enrolled in coursework toward certificationPrefer 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, including autismPrefer 1 year of experience overseeing / training staff
