Description Headquartered in Baltimore's upscale Harbor East neighborhood, the Atlas Restaurant Group currently owns and operates many of the city's top establishments including Bygone, The Elk Room, Ouzo Bay, Azumi, Loch Bar, Tagliata, Italian Disco, Ouzo Beach, Choptank, Maximon, and soon to open Monarque, a French Brasserie and Dinner Theatre which will showcase Baltimores performers, poets, actors and musicians.
With locations in Boca Raton and Houston, our restaurant group is expanding fast on a local and national level. Atlas Restaurant Group offers our guests the best quality product, service, and a unique dining and entertainment experience.
We are interested in meeting Assistant General Manager candidates to join our team of upscale dining establishments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fine-dining setting.
Food and beverage knowledge is a must.
The primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is to support the General Manager in overseeing the operations of the restaurant, both the front and back of the house.
This is accomplished through the direct supervision of the staff. The Assistant General Manager assists in oversight of the restaurant accountability, ordering of supplies, supporting all operational duties and entertainment plus any other duties delegated to him / her by the General Manager.
