SAGE Dining Services® is seeking an HR Business Partner / Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee the full spectrum of HR practices within our organization.
In this role, the HRBP will deliver HR services to line leadership, provide direct support to employees, and assist the HR Vice President with various HR duties specific to their assigned business area.

What you'll do :
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR practices for the organization in which the HRBP is embedded
- Serve as a trusted partner with the client, leadership team, and HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, approaches to day-to-day actions that support growth and execution objectives of the business
- Proactively seek knowledge of both industry and functional specialty researching best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements, and benchmark comparisons in order to deliver HR practices that are best in class
- Anticipate HR-related needs, utilize business analytics, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve organizational effectiveness
- Using existing & agreed tools and processes, facilitate the forecasting and planning of your business area's current and future skills and talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention strategies
- Promote and establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale; drive the SAGE culture through all levels of the organization
- Work closely with business leaders to assess talent and create strategies to identify and retain current talent as well as attract outside talent
- Plan, communicate, execute, and support HR initiatives including talent development, career and leadership development, inclusion and diversity, training, performance management, pay planning, succession planning, etc
- Lead change management projects across your areas, identifying when and where additional change management / project resource is required.
- Monitor and foster talent and plan for succession by facilitating talent reviews, high potential talent reviews and leveraging career path tools
What you'll need :
- Bachelor's degree, typically with 8-10+ years of relevant experience or a combination thereof
- Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, organization design, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development
- Prior experience promoting an atmosphere that inspires teammates to excel and develop.
- Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong consultation and coaching skills, influencing and building effective relationships. Excellent change management skills.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from management and employees.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills.
