The Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of Eagan Insurance, ensuring smooth workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflows and service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and project management to support business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., claims, underwriting, sales) to align operations with business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead efforts to streamline processes using technology and automation tools.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
- Prepare operational reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management tools.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with property & casualty or commercial insurance processes.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements relevant to Louisiana's insurance industry.
- Six Sigma or Lean Management certification is a plus.
