Compensation : $25 / hr base pay plus uncapped commission
Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM (Tuesday - Friday in-office, Saturday remote)
Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Equity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Tempe, AZ. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in mortgage sales, loan origination, or as a loan officer, who are passionate about helping clients leverage their home equity to achieve their financial goals.
The position offers a competitive base pay of $25 per hour, complemented by an uncapped commission structure, allowing high performers to significantly increase their earnings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Consultation : Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and explain the benefits of home equity loans and lines of credit.
- Sales & Origination : Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial consultation to loan origination and closing.
- Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine the best loan products to meet their needs.
- Documentation : Assist clients with completing loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Compliance : Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage sales, loan origination, or as a loan officer.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of mortgage and home equity loan products.
- Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Technology : Proficient in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Licensing : Must possess or be able to obtain any required state licensing.
Schedule :
- Tuesday - Friday : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM, in-office.
- Saturday : 11 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM, remote.
