    • Job Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to inpatient adults during nighttime hours
  • Manage a patient load of 55-60 encounters per shift
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    • Qualifications

  • Board Certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Ability to start once credentialed (estimated 60-90 days)
  • Not eligible for IMLC credentialing

    • Working Hours

  • Night shifts, rotating 1 week on / 1 week off or 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule

    • Skills

  • Excellent clinical skills with a focus on adult inpatient care
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisive clinical decisions during night shifts
  • Experience in a Level 3 trauma facility is preferred
