As a Business Analyst with react you will :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Telecom Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

They will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and driving improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our telecom operations.

Key responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering and Analysis :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for telecom projects and initiatives.
• Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear and concise requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Collect, analyze, and interpret telecom-related data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Telecom Product and Service Support :

• Provide support for telecom products and services, including billing systems, network management tools, and customer care platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve customer complaints, and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
• Participate in the testing and validation of telecom systems and applications to ensure quality and functionality.

Project Management and Implementation :

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom projects, from inception to completion.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and facilitate communication and collaboration.

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management :

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the telecommunications sector.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, including those related to data privacy, security, and consumer protection.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with telecom operations, systems, and processes.

Skills Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technologies, including voice, data, and wireless communications.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, and data modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with telecom billing systems, CRM platforms, and network management tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range * : $ 107,000- $ 125,000 Per annum.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
