Physical Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : 10 / 14 / 2024 Available Shifts : 8 D / E / N Pay Rate : $1740.05 - $2004.84

Required Qualifications

Primary duties are PT evaluations and treatments. Inpatient (25%) acute, ICU, SNF, and outpatient (75%) settings.

PT in rural Kauai requires independence and thorough care approaches for all outpatient diagnoses, and acute to SNF inpatient mobility progression with knowledge of discharge planning.

PT is required to work in ER, ICU, Med / Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF), occasionally in OB, and extensively in our hospital based Outpatient PT Clinic.
