- Loan repayment; negotiable sign-on bonus
- Negotiable admin versus clinical; based on the candidate and their experience and qualifications
- Would ideally be approximately 25% admin and 75% clinical
- Previous formal leadership experience; 7+ years of clinical experience
- Must be board certified for this employed position
- Work with the practice manager and service line director providing leadership and oversight
