BPN Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Stepdown RN to fulfill a 13-week contract at a facility in the Winston Salem, NC. area.

Essential Functions Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation. Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation. Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.

Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Requirements / Certifications :

• Minimum Years of Experience : 2 Years
• Traveler Experience : Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers with minimum of 2 years experience.
• Locals Accepted / Rate Difference : Yes
• Skills : Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias

Unit wants at least a 2 to 3 self rating for Arterial Line Management and at least a 3 for BOTH Titratable Cardiac & Vasoactive Drips

Certs : ACLS, BCLS
